Mrs. Glencer began practicing in 2005, after graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, she worked for several law firms focused on Family/Domestic law, and also interned with the Honorable Judge Michael E. Loney in the Anne Arundel Circuit Court in Annapolis. Following law school, Mrs. Glencer worked for McAndrew, Zitver & McGrath, P.A. in Greenbelt, before starting her own firm in 2008.

Mrs. Glencer is licensed to practice in both the state and federal courts in Maryland, and has represented clients in matters ranging from divorce, custody/visitation, child support, domestic violence/protective orders, peace orders, settlement agreements, adoptions, same sex matters, personal injury and medical malpractice, wills and estate planning, equine related matters, traffic offenses, contract actions, and minor criminal issues.

Mrs. Glencer is also trained in various methods of alternative dispute resolution for those who do not wish to litigate. She is a trained collaborative law professional, as well as a mediator. Mrs. Glencer has also been trained as a Best Interest Attorney for children.

Mrs. Glencer has several professional memberships which include the American Bar Association. Maryland State Bar Association, George's County Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice (formerly the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association), and the National Association of Professional Women.
